- Perform concrete placing, finishing, cutting, curing, and sealing.
- Operate power trowels, grinders, and other finishing tools and equipment
- Read site plans and follow detailed finishing instructions

- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Willingness to grow with a company that values hard work and team spirit

**External Factors/Health & Safety**:
Seasonal weather is a factor in the completion of the duties. Safety hazards can be but not limited to loud noise, seasonal temperature extremes, precipitation, heavy lifting, exposure to chemicals and electrical equipment. We value our team and as such, creating a safe environment is a key factor in our hiring practices. You will be expected to understand, implement, and follow safety protocols in all areas of your role.

**Compensation**: Starting Hourly Wage: $29.27 + 8% Vacation + Union Benefits
