Inside Sales Representative

**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate interest in our products and services.
- Utilize Netsuite to manage customer interactions and track sales activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Understand market trends and customer needs to provide relevant solutions.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance lead generation efforts.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Stay informed about product features, benefits, and industry developments to effectively communicate with clients.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in telemarketing or inside sales is preferred.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with Oracle Netsuite or similar CRM software is advantageous.
- Technical sales experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections.

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
