**Job Overview**

We are seeking a PC gaming enthusiast with a passion for providing great customer experiences to join our dynamic team in the role of **Customer Experience & Community Specialist**. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who loves PC gaming and has a knack for building relationships with customers both online and offline. You will be the primary point of contact for customer support inquiries and returns, as well as the voice of our brand in our community spaces such as Discord. In addition, you will contribute to our social media presence, ensuring that we stay connected with our audience in meaningful ways. You will also be required to enter customer orders.

**Duties**:

- Assist with sales inquiries and process orders
- Engage with our community of customers on Discord, fostering discussions, answering questions, and maintaining a welcoming environment
- Assist with managing our social media accounts by responding to comments, sharing relevant content, and staying on top of industry trends
- Monitor and report on customer feedback to help shape our product and service offerings
- Collaborate with the internal team to identify customer pain points and suggest improvements to products and services.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
- Experience engaging with online communities (Discord, forums, etc.) is a bonus
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual proficiency in French is a plus
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Strong ability to problem-solve
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Personal interest and knowledge of PC gaming as a hobby

Pay: $35,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
