**Customer Service Representative - Halifax**

Metro Self-Storage, a rapidly expanding leader in the self-storage industry, is currently accepting resumes for the full time position of Customer Service Representative. This individual must be high energy and enthusiastic and customer focused.

**General duties and responsibilities include**:

- Must be very customer focused, assisting both in person and over the phone
- Process account payments and inventory sales.
- Complete delinquency calls
- Basic office administrative duties including filing, data entry and reporting
- Selling of merchandise and services
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills**:

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, planning and organizational skills;
- Provide superior customer service with a great attitude
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office and Internet Browsers
- You must have a valid drivers license

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25.5 per week

**Salary**: From $15.00 per hour

- Secondary School (preferred)
