At Iconic Nova Scotia we are always looking for new talent to add to our team. Currently we are looking for a Customer service representative to help us representing our client brands in the HRM region.

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll receive continuous training, hands-on assistance, and constructive guidance. In your role, you'll provide support to our sales team while representing various brands during live events. Your primary objective will be to capture the attention of passersby and engage them in discussions about the brand, gauging their perceptions and interest in its products/services. Whenever the right moment arises, you'll also present product information and conduct sales transactions.

**What You Need**:

- While a degree is not obligatory, having educational background or credentials in marketing or business can be advantageous.
- Even though comprehensive training is offered, prior customer service involvement is beneficial, which might include roles in retail sales, call centers, food service, hospitality, reception, and similar fields.
