**Overview**

Join our team at Tim Hortons, one of Canada’s most iconic brands. We're looking for an energetic and driven **Assistant Manager** to support the daily operations of our restaurant.

**Our objective is to hire Assistant Managers, train them and promote them as store managers.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the Restaurant Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations
- Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver high standards of service and product quality
- Ensure adherence to Tim Hortons brand standards, health & safety regulations, and company policies
- Manage inventory levels, place orders, and reduce waste
- Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction
- Assist in staff scheduling and payroll processes
- Open and/or close the store as required, following all procedures
- Foster a positive and productive work environment

**Qualifications**
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in quick service or food service preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A team player who leads by example and supports employee development
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in hospitality or business an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.60-$22.60 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Every Weekend
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Montréal, QC (H4R): reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- fast food: 3 years (preferred)
- Supervising: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- French (preferred)
- English (preferred)
