IT Technical Sales Specialist

Intelcom is currently undertaking a technology transformation that will require new talent in the fields of logistics technologies, data platforms, marketing automation & CX, Data Science & machine learning, cybersecurity and operational research & Business Intelligence. The company will also expand its physical and market footprint and will require a strong technology operation platform & infrastructure to support this growth.

Overview of the role:
Main responsibilities will be to:
- Participate in the pre-sales process by providing technical expertise towards client integration feasibility
- Contribute to the bidding process by responding to RFx (request for information/quotation/proposal) requests
- Introduce to clients and vulgarize the variety of integration solutions offered by Intelcom
- Assist clients with integration selection, implementation and testing
- Monitor client integrations and data throughout the launch period
- Receive and triage client support request, and handle client communication throughout incident resolution
- Participate in client support requests troubleshooting and resolution
- Maintain and update onboarding documents and procedures
- Work closely with the product team to relay requests and feedback from clients
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
- Excellent organization, time management and multitasking skills
- Strong ability to analyze, solve and monitor technical issues
- Knowledge of programming communication protocols such as API, FTP, EDI
- Knowledge of data exchange languages such as JSON, XML, YAML
- Experience with API Clients like Postman or Insomnia
- Experience with AWS cloud platform
- Resourcefulness and adaptability in a changing environment
- Capacity (and interest) in learning new concepts, technologies and environments
- Experience with basic scripts (e.g: using Python) is an asset
- Experience with operational or logistics technologies is an asset
