**Job Summary**
Reporting to the Division Manager of the Innovation Division within the Research and Innovation Department, the Manager, Innovation Centre will manage the space allocation to internal and external clients of the new Innovation Centre. This will involve coordinating room bookings, ensuring innovation and technology needs of client(s) are met, provide supportive services to the client in terms of reconfiguration of space, layout, catering orders, addressing building related maintenance & security issues, facilitating contracts and subsequent billing and other duties as appropriate. The position will also work in collaboration with operational programs, information partners and management/staff to support Eastern Health's Innovation Strategy. The position will also be the lead in liaising with Eastern Health's Innovation Partners in planning Innovation Roundtables, events, etc.

**Job Qualifications**

**Education**
Bachelor Degree in Business or a related field is required.

**Experience**
Minimum of three (3) years of experience within the last five (5) years coordinating administrative functions including some quality and/or process improvement or innovation initiatives is required.

**Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)**
Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills.

Demonstrated strong leadership skills focused on supporting and empowering members of the team.

Demonstrated strong critical thinking skills and innovation in problem solving and decision making.

Demonstrated conflict management skills.

Demonstrated effective time management skills with the ability to manage tight timelines and meet deadlines.
