**Insurance Sales Representative - Desjardins Agent Team Member**

**Base Salary + Commission & Bonuses**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
- High degree of selling, not only of our products and services but ideas and values of the agency
- Identify customer needs and determine gaps in coverage through value-based conversations
- Provide prompt, accurate and friendly customer service

**Requirements**:

- Looking to build your career
- Sales experience
- Insurance industry experience is an asset
- Strong work ethic
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Organized
- Excellent problem solver
- Dedicated to client experience

- Ability to make presentations to potential clients
- Agent or Broker Property & Casualty license is an asset (OTL or RIBO) and must be obtained prior to employment
- Life License (LLQP) preferred or willing to obtain
