**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Providing excellent guest service to internal and external clients
- Assisting guests with arrival and departure (check-in / check-out)
- The ability to handle guest inquiries and concerns, always striving for guest satisfaction
- Problem solving to determine a mutually beneficially resolution
- Providing Concierge and Front Desk support to ensure smooth operations
- Coordinating and multi-tasking job duties in a busy environment
- Offer guests information on the Hotel and the surrounding area
- Able to organize, prioritize and maintain focus on service details during high and low business volumes.
- Represent Executive Hotel Cosmopolitan as an ambassador of the brand in a professional manner
- Follow company and department safety and security policies and procedures to ensure a clean, safe, and secure environment.
- Identify and correct unsafe work procedures or conditions and/or report them to management.
- Report work related accidents, or other injuries immediately upon occurrence to manager/supervisor.
- Other duties as assigned

**Position Qualifications**
- 1-2 years front office experience preferred
- Customer service driven with a passion for providing exceptional service
- Excellent communications, interpersonal, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to function calmly in a stressful and high-pace environment
- Shows initiative and take ownership of challenges
- Adept at managing tasks and problem solving
- Working cooperatively in a team environment as well as independently
- Must be capable of lifting up to 30 pounds and performing light physical activity
- Must be able to stand and be active for a minimum of 8 hours per day
- Clear, concise and effective verbal and written communication skills
- Room Key (PMS System) an asset but not required
- Previous customer service experience mandatory
- Previous experience in a hotel preferred

**Salary**: $19.25 per hour
