**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and organize files, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and easily retrievable.
- Perform data entry tasks with precision, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Answer phone calls and manage phone systems, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Provide clerical support including typing correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
- Support the dental receptionist duties when required, including patient check-in and appointment management.
- Maintain an organized workspace to enhance productivity within the office environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for data entry and document preparation.
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with phone systems and basic office equipment is advantageous.
- Strong proofreading skills to ensure high-quality documentation.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Pay: $17.91-$29.26 per hour
