Our team spans Canada and India, and we're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our **Agent Support and Ticketing Team**. The position involves shifts that will vary between **9 am - 5 pm and 10 am - 6 pm MST (Alberta time)**

**What You’ll Do**:

- Support and guide home-based travel agents—whether they’re new to the industry or seasoned pros—by answering their day-to-day questions.
- Coach and mentor agents to help them grow their businesses.
- Assist with invoicing and reservations entry through **ClientLinq**.
- Troubleshoot issues across departments to ensure our agents have a seamless experience.
- Conduct monthly check-in calls with agents, providing and documenting valuable feedback.
- Develop training materials and host webinars to keep our agents up to date.

**Who You Are**:

- You have **3+ years of experience** in the travel industry and are **TICO certified**.
- You have experience with **Sabre** and are eager to learn ticketing and exchanges.
- You’re fluent in English with outstanding communication skills.
- You thrive in a **fast-paced, team-oriented** environment and excel at problem-solving.
- You’re a **tech-savvy multitasker** with solid experience using **MS Office**, **CRMs**, and new technology.
- You adapt quickly and work well under pressure.

**Shift Details**:

- Shifts will vary between 9 am - 5 pm and 10 am - 6 pm MST.
- Support Team is operational Monday to Friday: 9 am - 8 pm EST
- Rotating Saturdays (every 5th Saturday): 10 am - 6 pm EST.
- Shifts can change according to business needs
