**SUMMARY- Monday-Thursday 40 hours**

Inside sales and data management supports sales by coordinating sales activities and maintaining excellent customer relationships. Key responsibilities include managing AUTO parts sales orders through the ERP system, handling EDI transactions, and updating online sales accounts on platforms like Amazon and Shopify. The role also involves various administrative duties such as preparing sales reports, issuing monthly sales commission tables, and updating the parts catalog. Additionally, the coordinator ensures customer satisfaction by addressing queries, handling warranty and return requests, and collaborating with other departments to resolve issues efficiently.

**PRIMARY FUNCTIONS**

1. Provide customer service to existing and potential new customers.

2. Ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.

3. Process sales orders using the ERP system, verifying pricing, discounts, and product numbers.

4. Collaborate with sales representatives and other departments to ensure high-quality service.

5. Monitor order progress and update customers as needed.

6. Handle warranty and return requests and issue customer credits.

7. Investigate and resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently.

8. Comply with ISO requirements and internal policies.

9. Explore and implement new solutions to improve product quality and time to market.

10. Maintain and promote online sales platforms (e.g., Amazon, Shopify).

11. Manage EDI transactions for orders.

12. Troubleshoot customer and billing discrepancies.

13. Collaborate with other departments for efficient handling of sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries.

14. Prepare sales reports and provide financial information to the finance department.

15. Generate EXCEL worksheets using Pivot Tables and Vlookup.

16. Issue monthly sales commission and customer sales tables.

17. Review inventory levels and forecast for satellite warehouses.

18. Update parts catalog with new items.

19. Initiate promotions and brand awareness activities.

20. Perform other duties as assigned.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

Post-secondary education in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- One to two years of customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in inside sales.
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic.
- Professional, assertive, and adaptable.

**WORKING CONDITIONS**
- Office environment - sitting upwards of 8 hours per day.
- Using a computer all day.
- Distractions include team collaborations and phone calls.
- Little or no exposure to disagreeable elements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
