Sigma Security Services is one of the GTA’s fastest-growing private security firms, trusted by businesses, property managers, developers, and event organizers across the region.
We provide high-quality **mobile patrol**, **on-site guard**, and **event security** solutions — built on professionalism, accountability, and real results.

We’re looking for a **driven, entrepreneurial Sales Executive** to help us expand our footprint and connect more clients to our services.

**Role Overview**

This is a role for someone who wants freedom, responsibility, and unlimited earning potential.
You’ll be the face of Sigma, prospecting, pitching, and closing deals with clients across commercial, industrial, residential, and construction sectors.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain relationships with property managers, business owners, and developers
- Present Sigma’s service packages (Mobile Patrol, On-site guards, Event Security) confidently and professionally
- Follow up and close deals
- Maintain your sales pipeline and report weekly progress to management

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Proven ability to sell services or products (2+ years in sales preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-driven
- Have access to a vehicle for client meetings (preferred but not mandatory)
- Familiarity with real estate, property management, or construction industries is an asset
