**Job Overview**
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Parts Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their automotive parts needs, ensuring that they receive the correct parts in a timely manner. Your expertise in automotive repair and strong organizational skills will be essential in maintaining inventory and providing exceptional customer service. The hours are Tuesday to Saturday 8:30am-5pm.

**Duties**
- Assist customers in identifying and ordering the correct automotive parts based on their needs.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to ensure satisfaction while maintaining profitability.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with order fulfillment to ensure timely delivery of parts.
- Handle cash transactions and manage cashiering duties efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues related to parts orders.
- Collaborate with sales management to promote parts sales and enhance customer relationships.
- Utilize math skills for accurate pricing, discounts, and inventory management.
- Stay updated on automotive repair trends and product knowledge to better serve customers.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in an automotive or retail environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records and manage inventory effectively.
- Experience with cash handling and cashiering responsibilities.
- Familiarity with automotive repair processes is highly desirable.
- Excellent negotiation skills to facilitate effective communication with customers.
- Proficient math skills for handling transactions and inventory calculations.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
