**Procurement Coordinator - ICI Construction**

Ritestart Limited is COR Certified General Contractor in the ICI sector and is looking for qualified, knowledgeable, adaptable individual looking to develop their career as Procurement Coordinator. Based out of Burlington, Ontario we specialize in renovations, retrofits, new builds and additions in the industrial/commercial/institutional sectors and we are a growing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Write and negotiate subcontract scopes of work, including identifying and resolving underlap and overlapping subcontract requirements to provide complete project scopes of work.
- Identify opportunities to optimize procurement processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiencies.
- Negotiate material purchases, including arranging deliveries and tracking inventory levels.
- Review material invoices for accuracy and ensure timely payment.
- Purchase small tools and other equipment required for construction projects.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement coordination, with a focus on construction ICI.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to identify opportunities to optimize procurement processes.
- Experience in subcontract scope writing and management.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on identifying opportunities for cost savings.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, including Project Managers, Estimators, Site Supervisors, and external suppliers and subcontractors.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement software.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
