**Job Title**: Restaurant Support Staff
**Reports To**: Restaurant Director.
**Job Summary**:
We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our dynamic team as Restaurant Support Staff at Piva Modern Italian.
In this vital role, you will play a crucial supporting role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our fine dining establishment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Dining Room Support: o Assist servers with table setting and resetting, ensuring tables are impeccably presented.
- Bus and clear tables promptly and efficiently, ensuring a clean and inviting dining environment.
- Assist with the transportation of food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining room. - Maintain cleanliness and order throughout the dining room, including refilling water glasses, clearing debris, and ensuring all areas are spotless.
- Assist with the preparation and replenishment of service stations.

**Guest Service**:

- Assist servers in providing exceptional guest service, including addressing guest requests and ensuring their comfort.
- Always maintain a positive and professional demeanor, interacting with guests and colleagues courteously.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in a restaurant setting, preferably in a fine dining environment, is preferred.
- Strong work ethic with a focus on attention to detail and efficiency.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
