**L**ooking for Part Time Day Positions (in lieu of benefits and Pension after 975 hours) 6am to 2pm.

Personal Support Worker (PSW) reports directly to the registered personnel in charge of the shift, overseen by the Director of Care. The PSW is responsible to perform all assigned resident care responsibilities in accordance with all legislated and Omni standards, policies and procedures, which are designed to ensure that each resident receives support, care and services in keeping with their needs and preference and always with a focus on excellence in customer service.

The PSW is responsible to work collaboratively with all members of the nursing team, supporting and demonstrating the Omni Mission, Vision and Values and the principles of Respect Always; making every effort to ensure that the provisions of the Resident Bill of Rights are practiced without exception. The PSW shall serve as a mentor to newly hired employees, leading by example to inspire and motivate every individual to recognize they bring to the lives of residents and their colleagues.

Pay: $24.46 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
