St Catharines, Canada Harmony Personal Care Services Inc. Full time

Assist clients with their activities of daily living (ADL) based on their individual needs. Includes, but not limited to:

- Bathing/showering
- Hygiene - skin, hair, oral care
- Feeding
- Dressing/grooming
- Passive range of motion exercises
- Walk and active living support - recreational activities (puzzles, music, simple crafts, etc)
- Toileting/incontinence support
- Transfers and lifts
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Safety supervision (monitoring for fall risk, wandering, appliance use)
- Companionship support
- Respite
- Checking vitals
- Follow individualized care plans as provided by Harmony
- Document care delivered to the client and report significant changes to manager

**Qualifications**:

- PSW Certification or provincial equivalent
- New graduate welcome to apply, we offer on the job training and mentorship to new PSWs
- Previous experience working as a PSW, as an intern, coop, placement or in long term care, (private or public), community care, or private homes is an asset
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
- Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) is a must
- CPR and First Aid is a must
- TB Test - for institutions/facilities
- As per Ministry of Health guidelines and until further notice, we require validation of double vaccination

**Salary**: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

- Evenings
- Evening shift
- Every Weekend
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
- Weekends only

Ability to commute/relocate:

- St. Catharines, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
