Customer Service Associate

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team of skilled professionals in our Customer Service Department based in Brampton, ON, this position reports to the Customer Service Team Manager - Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

- Order entry and verification of customer orders for accuracy, load weight, pallet count, special considerations, etc.
- Order management including monitoring and updating of shipping dates and communicating updates/changes to internal and external customers
- Develop strong customer relationships
- Collaborating with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Completion of customer and performance reporting
- May require some travel within North America

Qualifications:

- Strong customer focus and excellent relationship building skills
- High level of attention to detail is required to ensure accuracy of order entry and reports
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to problem solve and “think outside the box”
- Good organization skills
- Strong/proven analytical skills
- Practical experience with MS Office, data entry, and detail oriented research
- College or University degree/diploma in Business Administration or Operations/Inventory Control/Logistics/Supply Chain preferred
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role with direct experience managing orders and customer relationships
