**Position Summary**

In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely completion of a variety of accounting and finance functions with PakFab. This position will interact closely with other internal team members. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, as the successful applicant will be working in a multi-company environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Full Cycle Accounts Payables including match packing slips & purchase orders with invoices, coding, approvals, post invoices, and generate batch payments
- Reconcile A/P accounts, ensure orders are received and invoiced accurately, and resolve account discrepancies with vendors
- Complete monthly account Reconciliations
- Review vendor accounts and statements in preparation for payables processing
- Deliver exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and vendors with any A/P inquiries
- Continuously maintaining accurate filing and record systems
- Provide support for yearend external audit process
- Support the accounting department with other duties as assigned
- Provide support with ad-hoc projects and assignments as required
- Work in this role involves acting as back-up for various roles as required.
- Work in different facility locations (Cambridge, and Paris) on an as needed basis
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency with excel and accounting software (Visual and Quick Books an asset)
- Manufacturing or similar industry experience an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- DCS / DEC (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounting Associate: 3 years (preferred)
- Manufacturing: 3 years (preferred)
- MS Office: 3 years (preferred)
