**The Opportunity**

Our **Edmonton, AB** Branch is looking for a **Service Coordinator** The **Service Coordinator **is responsible for coordinating preventative and non-preventative maintenance on Company fleet vehicles, including assisting in generating documentation, sourcing parts, and closing work orders for all maintenance in a specific area. The Service Coordinator will also be tasked with working with internal and external managers, as well as dispatching.

- Receive inbound calls from customers and obtain all necessary information to schedule and respond to requested services;
- Generate work orders, research, and order all necessary parts, materials, and equipment to complete each job;
- Assist with management of day to day logistics including job scheduling, technician scheduling, dispatch, and vendor sourcing;
- Review preventive maintenance inspection reports and advise customers of maintenance priorities;
- Share an on-call rotation to answer after-hour service calls as required;
- Work with internal and external managers, as well as dispatch;
- Payroll Verification and ensuring hours are entered;
- Assist as needed with special projects;
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred;
- 1-3 Years experience in the Transportation industry;
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office products;
- Be able to define problems and solve them;
- Excellent people and communication skills;
- Self Starter - Be able to learn new processes and technology as required with minimum training;
- The Ability to work on call; work overtime; and work weekends;
- Superior Time Management and Organizational Skills;
- Ability to pivot;
- A basic knowledge of accounting/clerical skill;
