As an organization, we provide support to the greater Squamish Nation Community through service. With 12 departments with individual areas of expertise, we ensure Community Members have access to necessary programs and services.
**About The Opportunity**:
Working as an integral part of the Ayás Mén̓men Child and Family Services Department, reporting to the Administrative Manager, the Jurisdiction Program Admin Support manages the administrative flow and clerical tasks required by members of the team. Operating as the “key point of contact” for the Admin Jurisdiction Program and supports a wide range of administrative support to Ayás Mén̓men including to the Food Program and also serve as general backup to the office administration team. This position provides a wide range of program support, clerical and administrative support as well as the maintenance of filing systems, inventory, report writing data archiving and the scheduling of activities. The incumbent is responsible for a broad range of administrative tasks usually requires senior approval but which may require independent judgement in some situations, performs a variety of word-processing functions including handouts, routine correspondence, forms and letters answers standard questions on policy and programs, strong knowledge of Child and Family Service policies, practices and protocols is required.

**Salary**: $42,148 - $46,260 annually, plus a comprehensive benefit program.
