**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to food safety standards.
- Create innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while meeting customer preferences.
- Manage kitchen staff, providing training and mentorship to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to maintain health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the management team to optimize food costs and inventory control.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
- Engage with guests to receive feedback and enhance their dining experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques into the kitchen practices.
**Experience**
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role within the food industry.
- Strong background in hospitality and food service management.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with effective communication skills.
- Knowledge of bartending practices is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and cooking techniques essential for high-quality meal preparation.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation practices.
