**About Us**:
TST-CF express is a division of TFI International Inc., located in Windsor, is currently recruiting for a Maintenance /Compliance Coordinator

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, The Maintenance Team is looking for a highly energetic and motivated individual who has a genuine desire to provide support with ensuring that equipment is properly maintained and meets with legislated compliance requirements.

**What we are looking for**:

- Maintain equipment databases within company maintenance and ELD software
- Compliance Monitoring
- Manage DVIR repair process ensuring compliance to applicable legislation
- Audit electronic vehicle maintenance files to ensure annual safety requirements and company preventative maintenance programs are compliant
- License plate update management of the fleet
- Update and monitor the movement of vehicles between locations.
- Produce / distribute preventive maintenance schedules and monitor completion rates
- Work with maintenance supervisors on electronic bookings and servicing of equipment
- Update maintenance software as required to ensure accuracy of equipment and service records
- Support maintenance project implementation, progress and completion i.e. recalls, quality plans, equipment additions
- Aid administrative staff in the conversion of hardcopy invoices to an electronic format

**Perform additional duties as required Qualifications/Competencies include the following**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Keen attention to detail with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Demonstrated competence with standard business software - Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) Above average Excel knowledge an asset
- Previous experience in a Fleet or Compliance department an asset
