**We are looking for an Junior Accounting Technician to join our Assurance team in Montreal.**

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Personal or corporate inquires with the government either verbally or written in both English and French
- Searching and confirming government information on behalf of the client
- Participating in producing T1s, T2s, T3s, T4s and T5s, as well as CDA elections
- Being the point of contact to facilitate internal and external communication
- Producing easy payroll and sales tax remittances
- Participating in internal and external audits with various stakeholders
- Participating in projects, which may include report creation and data analysis
- General administrative support to the team and firm when needed
- Identifying opportunities for improvement, participating in the development and implementation of these improvements, and setting standards for new processes

**What you need to succeed**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Knowledge of TaxPrep, CaseWare would be an asset
- D.E.S.S. in Accounting or a College degree in Administration or Accounting is required
