**Responsibilities**

**Manage all aspects of accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.**
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Conduct account reconciliations and analysis to maintain financial accuracy.
- Implement and maintain payroll and accounting software systems for efficiency.
- Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with GM to manage employee records and benefits administration.
- Collaborate with IT staff to enhance financial reporting tools.
- Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as an Accounting Manager or similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero. Preference will be given to those with experience with Sage Business Vision.
- Proficiency in payroll software such as Payworks or ADP. Preference will be given to those with experience with Payworks.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration across departments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $27.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
