**Duties**:

- Diagnose and repair mobile phones and other electronic devices, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Perform repairs on various mobile phone models, battery swaps, and other common repairs.
- Maintain an organized workspace and follow safety procedures to ensure safe and effective repairs.
- Manage inventory of parts and tools required for repairs, ensuring items are properly stored and readily available.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including clear communication with customers about repair status and results.
- Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Keep accurate records of repairs performed, parts used, and customer interactions.
- Stay up to date with the latest mobile technology trends and repair techniques to maintain a high level of expertise.

**Skills**:

- Proven experience in mobile phone repairs, with knowledge of common repair processes and troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with repair tracking software.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $17.20 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Mobile Repairs: 1 year (required)
