**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on various equipment and systems at client locations.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, providing timely solutions to minimize downtime.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and any follow-up actions required.
- Assist in training development for new technicians, sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery processes.
- Handle cash transactions when necessary, ensuring accurate cash handling procedures are followed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a technician or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong skills in time management to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and team members.
- Familiarity with administrative tasks related to service delivery.
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
- Experience in cashiering or cash handling is a plus.
- Knowledge of market trends related to technical services is desirable.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (required)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- French (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person
