Wealth Operation Officer Iii

Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.
Introduction: Prime Hires is seeking a skilled Wealth Operation Officer III to join our client.
Contract Dates: 12 months with potential to extend or convert
Pay Rate: $24 per hour
Business Hours: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
Job Responsibilities:
Working on various systems to process daily transaction.
Experience & Qualification Requirements:
- Good communication skills, hardworking, able to work independently and in teams
- Nice to have VBA, back-office experience or University graduate

- Strong attention to detail
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organization, prioritization and planning abilities
- Strong ability to manage professional relationships with external and internal partners
- Flexible and able to cope with high workload volumes and conflicting deadlines
