Project Scheduler

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provides and updates weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly project schedules and/or project progress reports to clients, project managers, and engineering leads.
- Leads the preparation and maintenance of the Primavera P6 Schedule by utilizing interactive planning sessions and regularly meeting with project leads.
- Liaise with engineers, project managers and other project team members to keep schedule updated and identify project issues.
- Identify and maintain Critical Path, analyze schedule for any delays and highlight key deliverables that can cause delay in the schedule.
- Prepares Resource Loading Schedules and Plan (“S”) Curves as requested.
- Tracks and updates project budget, costs, change orders, and trends.
- Tracks and updates project progress and performance.
- Responds to the needs of project managers and assumes responsibility for executing the cost control activities required on an individual project basis as required.
- Prepares EPC cost reporting as required.
- Earned value management reporting as required.
**Qualifications**:
- 5 or more years of working experience in Primavera P6 scheduling on oil and gas projects.
- Experience developing detailed EPC schedules, resource loading, and tracking project progress using Primavera P6.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and MS Project.
- Excellent knowledge of Project Management and Cost Engineering.
- Experience with typical industry reporting requirements for large and small projects.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to meet objectives while working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and strict deadlines.
