**OMNI Data Analyst**

**Job Summary**:
The OMNI team is looking for OMNI Data Analyst to be responsible for reporting and analyzing the key drivers and KPI’s impacting the company’s Omnichannel operations in order to influence systems configuration and business decisions.

You will be involved in our ongoing transformation from a traditional brick & mortar retailer, to an omni-channel leader and tech-first fashion disruptor.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct and interpret data analysis to get detailed insights and influence systems configurations and business decisions;
- Prepare and present analysis results;
- In close collaboration with the BI/Data Science Department, provide statistical analysis, build relational models, as well as prediction/forecasting models;
- Support the business with reporting and dashboard creation to automate and track metrics and results;
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies in order to ensure proper prioritization of work;
- Provide support on special projects and analytics as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in statistics, economics, or marketing;
- 5-7 years experience;
- Omnichannel experience an asset;
- Retail experience an asset;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, SSIS and PowerBI;
- Ability to build data mining algorithms an asset;
- Bilingual (French and English);
- Strong understanding of database structures;
- Adept and proactive problem-solver;
- Strong organizational skills;
- High attention to detail and commitment to high quality work;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team;
- This position does not have direct supervision.
