**SALARY RANGE**: Starting at $86,700.00 Per Annum

**POSITION TYPE**: Full-time, Permanent

**LOCATION**: Saskatoon

**ACCOUNTABLE TO**: Director of Housing and Homelessness

**Brief Overview**:
Under the direction of the MN S Director of Housing and Homelessness, the Housing Manager will provide leadership and support to the Housing team in the development, implementation and management of housing programs and projects to support Métis citizens across the province, including providing supervision and direction to assigned staff.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the Métis homeowner programs operations team, including but not limited to:

- Home Efficiency Initiative
- Emergency Repairs Program
- First Time Homebuyer’s Program
- Commercial Harvesting Improvements Program
- Future programming to support Métis citizens
- Lead all Regional Housing Strategy projects.
- Complete performance planning and performance reviews for Housing staff.
- Develop and maintain financial and budgeting tracking systems.
- Complete financial and project reports.
- Deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to securing consistent and stable funding.
- Build and retain a network of organizations across Saskatchewan who provide services supporting movement through the housing continuum which include, but are not limited to, a range of community resources including homeownership, inspections, energy advisors, budgeting, education, health and safety, insurance, etc.
- Contribute to the creation and development of new programming and housing projects.
- Contribute to the creation and continued improvement of data collection processes.
- Develop policy and procedures for housing programs and operational practices.
- Other duties as assigned by the Director of Housing and Homelessness.

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Leadership abilities
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle is required
- Ability to travel

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor of Business Administration or related degree
- Minimum 3-5 years related experience in a management position
- Minimum 3-5 years working within the Housing sector

**Additional requirements**:

- Must undergo a Criminal Record Check
- Valid Saskatchewan driver’s license and access reliable transportation
