TCU Place is searching for our next influential leader to fill a new position as the Front of House Manager. Under the supervision of the Director of Events and Community Engagement, the Front of House Manager promotes the Sid Buckwold Theatre at TCU Place, which includes:

- booking and generating sales for entertainment and self-promoted theatre events
- coordinating, supervising, and directing all aspects of the Guest Services Department,
- maintaining profitability, and high-quality products and service levels throughout the entire facility including TCU Place's conference and convention centre business.

The Front of House Manager is also responsible to mentor and guide the employee experience while enhancing performance standards of our entire Guest Services Team in all areas and delivery methods.

This important temp-perm, supervisory position is key to the experiences of our guests and employees. We offer:

Successful applicants for the Front of House Manager position have:

- A minimum of four years direct work experience in the theatre and entertainment industry, with a proven track record of building successful relationships with internal and external key stakeholders.
- A minimum of four years managing premium level service standards including corporate suites.
- A minimum of two years in the hospitality/restaurant industry, including at least one year in a supervisory role.
- A minimum of one year experience in online booking/scheduling platforms for logístical coordination of event bookings and front of house staff.

An equivalent combination of relevant work history and completed education credentials may also be considered.

Hours of Work:
Evening, Weekend, and holiday work is involved
