- Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete cleaning tasks.
- Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing surfaces to meet health and safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding any maintenance needs or safety concerns.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or requests from facility users.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in facilities maintenance, commercial cleaning, or custodial work is preferred.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers and clients.
- A proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
