**Position Summary**
The Sales & Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the hotel’s Sales and Marketing initiatives to drive room bookings, catering leads, and overall brand awareness. Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, this role assists with the smooth execution of day-to-day sales and marketing activities in alignment with property-level business objectives.
Acting as a liaison between internal teams and external partners, this role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks while keeping projects on track.
**Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following**:
- **Sales & Marketing Support**
- Provide administrative support to the Sales, Marketing and Events team.
- Help coordinate site inspections, client visits, and special events hosted by the Sales & Marketing department.
- Provide general support for digital channels and marketing materials.
- Assist with day-to-day marketing activities as directed by the Director of Sales & Marketing.
- **General & Administrative**
- Track and organize sales, marketing and event expenses to ensure alignment with budgets.
- Assist in consolidating reports on campaign performance, sales activity, and social media analytics.
- Stay informed on hospitality and marketing trends to bring fresh, practical ideas for team projects.
**What You Will Need**
- Diploma/degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, sales support, or hospitality is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with marketing tools is an advantage.
- Knowledge of hospitality, events, and digital marketing trends is preferred.
**Job Types**

**Salary**:
- $ 60,000 - $ 67,000 per year
**Shift and Schedule**:
- 8-hour shift
- Day shift (Monday to Friday)
- Some occasionally weekend shifts are expected.
