**Description**:

- Perform automotive maintenance services on customer vehicles including but not limited to oil and filter changes, engine and cabin air filter replacement, windshield wiper blade replacement and tire swaps.
- Keep the shop flowing smoothly by maintaining a high standard of service and shop procedures
- Perform a detailed inspection on vehicles in a timely manner
- Process customer vehicles through POS system and keep detailed notes of each vehicle
- Communicate with customers about their vehicles and make correct recommendations based on OEM specs and vehicle needs
- Keep up to date on ever changing automotive service industry standards, products, and best practices
- Be active in keeping a clean working environment for your customers, your co-workers and yourself

**Position Qualifications and Skill Requirements**:

- Automotive experience is beneficial but not required
- Customer service experience is beneficial but not required
- Ability to communicate to customers about their vehicles and make correct recommendations based on OEM specs, industry standards and vehicle needs
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and cleanliness
- Enjoy working in a team environment
- Be self-motivated
