**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards.
- Facilitate interactive and inclusive classroom sessions that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and observations; provide constructive feedback.
- Create a supportive environment that encourages student participation, confidence, and curiosity.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance educational strategies and share best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and development.
- Engage with parents or guardians to discuss student progress and address concerns.
- Incorporate innovative teaching tools and technology to enrich the learning experience.

**Requirements**:

- Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare certification.
- Prior experience in teaching or educational program development is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with students of varying backgrounds.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Passion for education and commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods based on student needs and feedback.
- Knowledge of current educational best practices and technological tools for instruction.
- A positive attitude, patience, and enthusiasm for inspiring learners of all ages.
