**What You’ll Do**:

- Install windows and doors with care, precision, and pride
- Communicate directly with homeowners - setting expectations and timelines
- Pick up and prepare all materials needed for the day’s work
- Work at heights and handle heavy lifting
- Represent our company with professionalism and a positive attitude

**What We’re Looking For**:

- At least **2 years of carpentry experience**:

- Comfortable working at heights and lifting heavy items
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Excellent communication skills and customer-focused mindset
- Clean criminal record check
- A team player who’s also self-motivated and organized
- Resalable we run two man crews... ( its really hard to do alone)

Pay: $19.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
