**Carpenter**

**As our Carpenter, you will provide support to the department and Superintendent.**

**Position Overview**:

- Proficient knowledge of concrete formwork and falsework, reinforcing, placing, and finishing.
- Read and understand construction drawings and be able to build to drawings and specifications.
- Responsible for safe use of equipment including forklift, skid steer loader, scissor lifts, and power tools.
- Supervise labourers and resources as required.

**Qualifications Needed**:

- Appropriate level of carpentry experience or enrolled in an Apprenticeship Program.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required.
- Must be able to work a 21/7 work rotation with extended time away from home.
- Own and maintain basic trade tools.
