**Job title: Customer Service Rep**

**General Description**:

- Enter Customer Orders
- Manage and notify customer of back-orders
- Create quotes
- Manage prices
- Preparing return authorization forms
- Provide product solutions and alternatives to customers
- Respond to any customer inquiries
- Answer phone calls as required
- Assist sales team in a variety of tasks
- Assist in other day-to-day activities as required

**Work & Education experience requirements**:

- 2-5 Years Experience in Customer Service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications

**Other Requirements**
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills required
- Able to multi-task many jobs and requests at once
- Able to work under pressure and meet time sensitive deadlines
- Comfortable with E-mail and phone communication

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $38,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
