**Position Summary**

**Duties and Responsibilities**

Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, the duties and responsibilities of the Site Manager include, but are not limited to, the following:
Facility and Equipment Management
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly personnel and site inspections, critical task observations, PPE spot checks, oil/water separator inspections, etc.
- Complete site orientations and staff training and ensure familiarity with safety/emergency equipment locations.
- Unload and load lube delivery trucks; maintain general facility cleanliness and safety.
- Schedule and coordinate maintenance on fuel pumps, vehicles, propane tanks, and site when needed.
- Operate and maintain yard equipment (lawn mower, skid steer if applicable).

Safety and Compliance
- Manage incident reporting and adhere to emergency protocols.
- Ensure all safety documentation is completed accurately in SiteDocs and maintain compliance with company protocols.

Operational and Managerial Duties
- Ensure safety is a priority, including ensuring proper training, leading safety meetings, and confirming proper PPE usage.
- Ensure completion of daily fuel reconciliations and address discrepancies.
- Foster strong relationships with staff and have regular discussions on safety, accountability, and business alignment.
- Monitor staff certifications and support training and development.
- Dispatch drivers and coordinate with dispatch daily, using Samsara for tracking and compliance.
- Submit weekly orders, manage receivables, and conduct monthly inventory counts

Customer Service and Point-of-Sale Duties
- Operate point-of-sale systems, create and track invoices, handle customer payments.
- Make weekly sales calls and collaborate with the Sales Manager to attract and support customers.

**Minimum Requirements**
- High School Diploma
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
- Able to communicate effectively (both written and verbal)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Accountable and dependable
- Proficient in using a computer, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Exceptional attention to detail and quality of work
- Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills
- Able to demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Able to handle multiple priorities and tasks
- Experience with customer service preferred
- Experience with sales preferred
- Class 3 or Class 1 License preferred

Wage will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $75,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
