You’ll work on the water every day, helping to ensure our boat builds, repowers, and deliveries run smoothly. Whether you’re overseeing timelines, working with clients, or planning our next big event, you’ll be an essential part of our operation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Sales and Client Relations: Assist with the sale of Mercury outboards and aluminum boats.
- Serve as the main point of contact for boat building contracts, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Manage engine deliveries, perform final boat inspections, and oversee boat repowers to ensure everything is up to standard.
- Project Management: Schedule and manage project timelines to keep boat builds and repowers on track.
- Coordinate and oversee final inspections and detailing of boats before delivery.
- Inventory and Financial Management: Oversee Mercury co-op dollars, motor registrations, and inventory counts.
- Manage company clothing inventory and distribution.
- Organize and coordinate Inlet Marine’s participation in boat shows and other events.
- Communication and Coordination: Use Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, and other software to ensure effective communication and project tracking.
- Liaise between clients, suppliers, and internal teams to guarantee smooth project execution.

**Requirements**:

- Positive Attitude & Eagerness to Learn: We’re looking for someone motivated and ready to take on a wide variety of tasks.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to ensure accuracy in project management.
- Mechanical Aptitude: Experience with outboard engines or a willingness to learn is an asset.
- Time Management: Ability to juggle multiple projects while keeping everything running on time.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with Microsoft Teams, Excel, and Word.

**Compensation**:

- Competitive salary based on experience.

**Employment Type**:
This is a full-time position (9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday, with potential for overtime).
