**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while managing customer needs
- Accurately complete and organize rental documentation using company software
- Facilitate rental transactions including contracts, returns, exchanges, and payments
- Dispatch delivery trucks and manage customer expectations for delivery timelines
- Coordinate with the service department on equipment damage and repair issues
- Assist with loading and unloading customer pickups when required
- Open and close the branch as needed
- Participate in on-call work schedules
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Key Qualifications**:

- Experience with Systematics (SRM) is an asset
- Background in the equipment rental or construction industry is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Self-starter who works well in a team environment
