We’re looking for an Account Executive with advanced expertise in SaaS customer service and sales to help us provide a best-in-class experience to those evaluating Unbounce. In this role, you will be part of the Sales Team and report directly to the Sr. Manager, Sales.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Ensure Concierge prospects have a quick response time by overseeing and managing hand-offs from the Sales Specialist Team through various inbound and outbound channels
- Qualifying our prospective customers’ needs, identify their challenges, and demonstrate how both Unbounce and Conversion Intelligence can help solve these challenges, and how they can achieve their marketing goals (rather than just promoting a product)
- Understand and advise prospects on the principles of Conversion Intelligence at an advanced level
- Provide an efficient and customer-centric experience for existing Unbounce customers who are looking to scale their business with our assisted plans
- Experiment with new ideas that contribute to optimizing our Sales strategy and amplify the impact our team has on the wider organization

**A little bit about you**:

- You’re a professional who’s passionate about technology and demonstrating how our solution benefits our customers, rather than just promoting a product
- You possess 2-3 years of software sales experience
- You’re an awesome communicator and express yourself well in writing; you’re warm, polished and confident on the phone
- You enjoy the challenge of generating new opportunities and are unwavering in your pursuit of excellence
- You’re results-oriented and have a high focus on quality by meeting or exceeding individual quotas and targets
- You excel under pressure with an upbeat attitude and are a team player
- You feel comfortable managing the sales process from qualifying the lead to customer sign-up, including providing product demonstrations
- You are skilled in the art of research and are a pro at obtaining a detailed understanding of company profile through meaningful business conversations and online research
- You love tackling new projects and working on new ways to impact current and potential customers
