- Create a positive, memorable experience for every guest
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a supportive and upbeat environment
- Complete daily opening and closing checklists and procedures
- Handle guest orders and questions in a friendly, professional manner
- Prepare and serve high-quality food that meets Wingstop standards
- Learn the menu and confidently recommend items to guests
- Read and process order tickets accurately and efficiently
- Cook, portion, sauce, season, and package wings and other menu items with care and consistency
- Coordinate cooking times using timers to ensure quality and accuracy
- Maintain food safety, quality control, and productivity at all times
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, including daily fryer filtering and freshening
- Follow all safety and food-handling procedures
- Stay up to date on product and procedural changes
- Open and close the restaurant as required
- Maintain cleanliness of both the interior and exterior of the restaurant Requirements:
- 1+ year of kitchen experience
- Service-minded with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow procedures and safety standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Availability to work late closing shifts (up to 3:00 a.m. on weekends)
