**Overview**
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregivers to provide exceptional support and assistance to clients in their own homes. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about helping others, especially seniors, individuals with disabilities, or those recovering from illness. The caregiver will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for clients by offering personalized care tailored to their unique needs. Prior experience in assisted living, nursing homes, hospice care, or home care settings is highly valued. The position involves working closely with clients to promote independence, safety, and comfort within their living environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Provide patient care including medication administration and health monitoring
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning and laundry to maintain a safe and clean environment
- Support clients with mobility and heavy lifting when necessary to prevent falls or injuries
- Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being
- Document care provided and communicate effectively with family members or healthcare professionals
- Assist with transportation to appointments or errands if required
- Follow care plans accurately while respecting client preferences and privacy

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in assisted living, nursing home, hospice, or home care settings is preferred
- Knowledge of senior care, dementia care, hospice care, and working with people with disabilities is advantageous
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist with mobility needs safely
- Strong caregiving skills combined with patience, compassion, and professionalism
- Ability to handle medication administration accurately and responsibly
- Basic cooking skills for meal preparation tailored to dietary requirements
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members
- Valid driver’s license preferred for transportation responsibilities
- Ability to work independently while following established care protocols

Pay: $2,800.00-$4,784.68 per month
