**Business Coach Wanted**

Oxford Learning is currently looking for a Business Coach to join our Head Office team. Oxford Learning is a supplemental education company with multiple franchise locations across Canada. We have a great team and are passionate about our mission of helping children reach their highest potential.

Oxford Learning offers flexible working conditions. Our Head Office is in London, ON. Travel is required for this role. You must reside in Canada to perform this role. Relocation packages are not offered.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Business Coach, you are responsible for supporting designated Oxford Learning locations within specified regions across Canada. Business Coaches are required to:

- Cultivate and manage relationships with franchisees
- Advise franchisees on performance management and keys to success
- Resolve conflicts and problems as they arise within locations or with clients
- Formulate and analyze data
- Serve as the front-line point-of-contact for the support staff at our Head Office
- Work with the Franchise Support team on new product launches and create action plans for both under-performing and well-performing locations
- Ensure that SOPs and Health and Safety Standards are being followed in each location
- Review monthly Profit & Loss statements along with the Director of Operations, and create a proper analysis action plan to review with franchisees
- Collaborate with Management, Marketing and Administration teams
- Travel required - Visits to each assigned Learning Centre at least once per year

***Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree (business or finance preferred) or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in franchising, business management, or business consulting
- Experience in the supplemental education industry or with multi-unit franchise operations is considered an asset
- A strong understanding of the franchise model, including the relationship between the franchisor, franchisee, and local communities
- Ability to travel approximately 20-25% of the time
- Excellent interpersonal, coaching, mentoring, and communication skills
- Highly organized with strong project, time-management, and problem-solving skills
- Verbal and written knowledge of the French language is considered an asset

**Job Type**:Full-Time

**Starting Salary Range**:$$55,000 - $60,000 / year
