**[ a day in the life of an agile delivery coach at co-elevate ]**
- Attend daily standups with scrum teams to ensure project expectations are met.
- Participate in sprint planning meetings to support agile practices.
- Coach the team on effective project and task prioritization to achieve sprint goals.
- Lead end-of-sprint retrospective meetings to evaluate our agile processes and propose enhancements.
- Facilitate the identification and management of scope creep.
- A daily break for a game of table tennis or Wii (if inclined)
- Participate in project planning meetings, ensuring the team clearly understands project scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Identify and address impediments hindering the team’s progress and project goals.
- Attend one of co-elevate’s group events such as potlucks, lunch & learns, book club, etc.
- Participate in one of co-elevate’s charity causes such as blood drives, toy drives, food drives, or seasonal in-house charity events.
- At the end of the day, it is commonplace for our leadership to send staff members home to ensure work-life harmony.

**[ what we seek in an agile delivery coach ]**
- Bachelor's Degree and 5 years work experience
- 3+ years experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment.
- Familiarity with Scrum techniques and artifacts
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work with diverse personality types.
- Facilitation, coaching and mentoring skills
- Creativity and innovation in finding solutions.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Adept at functioning in a fast paced, multi-disciplinary consulting environment
