**The Role**:
Our Regional Coach is looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience with you and join us as our newest **Practice Coach.**
The Practice Coach plays a critical role within FYidoctors and is crucial for coaching staff on processes, programs, products and ongoing education. You will become fully cross-trained to assist staff with patient service and sales. Not only that but you are truly business-minded and know how to take strategic business goals and turn them into outstanding results.
This position is a **full-time, permanent role** working **40-44** hours per week.
**What Will You Be Doing?**
- Fostering collaboration and teamwork among practice staff
- Building trust and commitment with your workgroup
- Training, development and coaching of staff to FYidoctors processes, programs, and products
- Delivering legendary customer service
- Setting and obtaining clinic revenue goals
- Hiring, onboarding and training of new staff
- Scheduling of staff/doctors
- AR/AP
- Benefits submissions and tracking
- Banking deposits and reconciliations
- Inventory management
- All leadership aspects of daily clinic operations
**What Do You Bring?**
- Minimum two years experience in a customer service focused retail environment
- Minimum one-year experience in a coaching or leadership role
- Experience in an optical environment is an asset
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt and respond quickly to changing priorities via critical thought and problem solving
- A reputation for delivering results through successful people management
- General PC knowledge, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
